It didn't seem to matter how long Odette had spent with her human legs, whenever a stray curb or a strong gust of wind caught her unawares, they often refused to support her and she found herself well acquainted with the ground. In this instance however, after stepping off the bus that took her to and from the hotel on the strip where she worked, the back of the culprit for her current fall was hovering just above her...
