A six-member official delegation from Parliament will be in Odisha this week to train the legislators on different aspect of parliamentary representation. There are many first-time MLAs elected to the Odisha Assembly this time, said Speaker Surya Narayan Patro. These legislators and the old-timers will be trained on Parliamentary practices in India and Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) ethics, at the workshop.
