he was locking his doors, a black backpack on his left shoulder, right hand wrapped around the tiny hand of cass, who was almost bouncing in place. wolf was already tried of this little adventure, knowing full well how energetic she can be, but ― he promised her that they will go to zoo today, so to zoo they go. ( last time he broken a promise ― to make spaghetti for dinner instead of calling for pizza ― cass pout and then cried a little bit, and he couldn’t go through that again. no. )
