      Wiress stared intently at the victor, her dark eyes    fixated on the woman's own set. Curiously tilting her    head slowly to the left as to gain a different vantage point,    a gently smile crept across her lips. Scooting closer as to    get a closer look, the victor from district three spoke kindly -    her obvious interest and excitement appearing in her subtle    hand gestures and compressed words. Speaking in direct    succession, her mind filled in what her mouth could not say.
