Daenerys had just walked into what she wrongfully assumed to be an empty house when she heard it-- the voice coming from upstairs. It was too feminine to be one of her brothers, but it didn’t sound like Cass either... or Abigail, or Luna. It was.. different. She swayed her head to the music as she ascended the stairs and followed the voice until she reached the guest bathroom, pausing just outside the door to listen. Nudging the door open slightly, she was met with steam and a now unmuffled voice. A smile lit up her face, and she started singing in harmony with the other voice, smiling when the surprised girl turned towards her. “Mind if I join you?” In the shower or the song, the world may never know.

Rereading hamlet cause you know what i've been in a hamlet mood all this shakespeare has got me revisiting favourites and. i may or may not have gotten up, closed and locked the door to the bathroom, proceeded to frame and smudge my eyes with dark black eyeliner, and then go back to reading. (i look like i belong in a tim burton film it's amusing. now i wait for family to enter my room and laugh at me. this is something that will inevitably happen.)
