“--you’ve gotta help me.” She’s not sure yet if she’d quite use the word frantic to describe her situation, but it’s definitely getting there. How does a coffee shop break their coffee machine? She doesn’t know, but it has happened. Of course the only place with decently drinkable coffee near her apartment broke their coffee machine. After she’d been up all night working on a research paper. She’s (mostly) a good person, she doesn’t deserve this. “Please tell me you’ve got a working coffee machine.” Alright, she might have hit frantic. But if college has taught her anything, anything at all, it’s that Clarke has a caffeine dependency.
