Belmont Cameli On The Kelly Clarkson Show (Part 1)
Belmont Cameli was a guest on The Kelly Clarkson Show today. He showed up about 1/2 way through. This is the 1st part of the interview.
Kelly tells Belmont that Off Campus is blowing up. Did Belmont have a clue about how intense the hockey fans were before this?
"Initially, no. Now I do. When we were making the show we were like 'Oh people love these books.' But once we started press it was readily apparent to us how many people get up for hockey romance. Its been crazy (sorry for the laugh from me.) We did a full week in Brazil. We had a fan event in Brazil. It was a premiere. And on the schedule it was like fan event. We were like 'Oh cool! Yeah we get to meet people.' There were thousands of screaming fans for this show that hadn't even been out yet. It was unreal. It was really sweet, and the show wasn't even out yet so it was like... it was really fun. We were treated like the Jonas brothers. What is happening right now?"
