The 4th edition of the Off Plus Camera Festival took place between 9-17 April, 2011 (Krakow, Poland). 

The prestigious Award "Against the Current", which is given to a notable cinema personalities for their contribution and support of films and independent culture, was awarded to Tim Roth, "an artist who gets involved only in the projects he truly believes in". The award was handed by the Main Competition Chairman, Jerzy Skolimowski. Roth also received a special award donated by Apart.
