also i think the batter was simultaneously doing a good thing and a terrible thing. he was ending a sick, psychically unstable child's misery to save the world, and ending the world at the same time. yippee.

i personally don't think that the batter's monster form is actually objectively how he looks when we fight him, like i don't think there's a transformation or anything like that. i think he looks exactly as he always has - but we're seeing him from the perspective of someone fighting him. just as we saw our other enemies as monsters!

something horrifying about the Player's role btw. the Batter isn't even in control of his own body until you turn autobattle on. and he is fine with this. that's fucked up!! (salivating, frothing with delight)

genuinely i think if the Batter fucked it would be like. perfunctory. there would be no penetration and probably minimal undressing if any. it would be a means to an end of some kind with literally no actual sexual attraction involved on his part, probably some kind of duty or obligation. like. it would be so unsexy. you're trying to get him off and he's just staring at you with blank eyes in dead silence while his body responds. whatever man
