mr. house should have gotten the legion on the strip instead of the ncr because they wouldn’t try to make him pay taxes. this would definitely absolutely work out in his favor.

Totally. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend," as the proverb says. Why didn't they rise up to defeat those tax-mongers? Maybe Mr. House signed the treaty not knowing about the taxes before it was too late. Maybe he tried but the Legion was too scared of his securitrons. We will never know.

OC time? :0 Been thinking that when Harlow gets comfortable enough around all the legionaries, she and Lucullus start having debates discussions about a very specific view he has that was aimed at her (lol). They gotta put up with each other to and from the Fort all the time so might as well! She still wants to befriend the legionaries and sees 'em first as people under very unfortunate circumstances, for better or worse, so befriending someone like Lucullus despite his views he has about her would be a great accomplishment to her and she does in the end. :D She is very weird and I love her AAAA.
