For both men and women :
Pair up your t-shirt with chinos or khakis with nice work appropriate shoes and you are good to go. Don't forget to tuck your t-shirt in your khakis/ chinos.
Opt for right size t-shirt according to your body type and select the right t-shirt fabric. Last but not choose solid and neutral color t-shirts with good trousers. Gray, white, navy and black are the best colors.
Opt for a lighter color shade of footwear. Match your t-shirt color with your footwear. Pair it up with pastel color pants and blazer.
Pair up your off white striped t-shirt with dark color blazer with lighter shades of trouser and sneakers.
Pair a long sleeved polo-neck t-shirt with a pair of formal trousers or tapered chinos and classic oxford shoes for a preppy, back-to-work vibe! Don't forget to roll the sleeves to elbow level, tuck it in and belt it up for a sharp, yet effortless appeal.
A black or white t-shirt is always a good option. If you want to show off a bit more of your own personality, though, try wearing a brightly colored tee under a neutral jacket or blazer. Depending on just how casual your office is, you may even be able to layer with a zip-up hoodie to keep warm.
If you want a blazer to look its smartest, tuck in your t-shirt and close the blazer's top button when you're standing up (if, that is, it's a two-button blazer, which most are these days). If you're going for a more relaxed look—and your shirt is shorter than your blazer—untuck your shirt and leave the blazer open.
