Okay so I have a question! One of those crossover questions. You know how Phoebe and Penny (who will later reaquire the ability) have the ability to tap into peoples powers or demon's powers? Would either of them be able to tap into the power of vampires?

Through emotions. What Phoebe (what empathy) does is reflect the emotion they have. Anger triggers telekinesis, hate triggers most of demonic powers, fear triggers molecular immobilization. But channeling into that emotion, empathy allows to reflect (not use, but reflect) someone's powers. The strongest the link, the easiest that one can tap into someone else's body and trigger that emotion. Through that connection, one can actively use a power if the other is about to.

This is what happened at first, Piper used her valkyrie telekinesis against Phoebe and Phoebe lowered the effect by channeling onto the emotion and through the emotion the power, nullifying it. By channeling a second time she threw Piper away right when she was about to use it, and third time when she was, again about to use it. After getting out of the Matahari possession, she channeled the emotion of either 1 or 5 of the demons deviating the balls by simply use the emotion within the demons to ask for the ball back. 

Now, would she be able to tap into a vampire's power? I don't think so. Non of the powers of any fandom that I know of atm is link to an emotion (Except maybe those within the Vampire Academy fandom or Twilight). Physical attributes are born from within, and though in Christy it is partially triggered by anger, it's a different thing, in her case is a power that needs to be activated, while in the others, is part of themselves.

A better example would be the following: premonition is a power that acts alone and is hard to trigger, it is a power that's impossible to use on purpose for an empath (through emotions) or a telepath (through the mental link). This is the same case for super strength and speed. 

If we talk about powers such as weather manipulation, hypnosis or transmutation (into an animal) which are the usual powers associated with vampires, then we could have a different result. Hypnosis is normally based on concentration. Being a mental status it could be used by an empath, but it has to be reflected since that's how empathy works, reflecting the powers not using them herself (unless connection is strong, which is whath appened with piper).

Weather manipulation is a power that is normally use to set the circumstances best for the hunt, and that vampires have when they're at they're best, meaning, emotionless. So I can't see a negative emotion linked to it. If I could, by any means see it possible, I'd say specific events: thunder is a reflection of anger, rain is a reflection of sadness. By reflecting those emotions, I could see it happening. However, and again, it would be a reflected act. If a vampire (Rebekah for instance) began crying all of the sudden, she could make the rain stop. 

Transmutation: depends on the animal.  Some animals might be a response to fear, some might be to hunger,...

There are a few that comes to mind, but for the most part, I’d say it’s a three way tie between Stiles, Lydia, and Allison. Peter’s not going to admit it, but those three have earned a modicum of respect from the werewolf for different reasons.

I’ve honestly never thought of a crossover ship for Peter, which is weird because I absolutely love them.

He worries about Penny a lot. The fact that they can’t hear her call makes Chris go into protection mode. He fears losing her. Because with Wyatt being moody ass, that leaves Chris to be the ‘protector’ of the second generation.
