((As a child, Rosalie was very withdrawn, secretive, and independent to a fault. She rarely spoke unless she had to, except to her toys, and didn't engage with other kids; she wasn't mean or anything, but she was socially stunted due to her home life and didn't really know how to, except for just. Holing herself up with her toys and art supplies and making up her own little worlds and stories.
She was taken care of by her paternal grandmother a lot when she was younger, which is basically why she survived infancy and toddlerhood, but her Nana passed away when she was 3. Rosalie doesn't remember her, but if she did, she'd understand some of her dreams better.
She was also a very morose child. Not expressing a lot of outward emotion, but you could just sort of. Feel it from her. She just had this very sad, lost feeling to her and people either steered clear of her, or they'd ask her questions and eventually give up because all she'd do is stare blankly at them until they went away.))
