Rhys opened the door to the Michigan science center. It was later in the day, closing time for the building so it was mostly devoid of other patrons. But he had pulled a few strings and promised to return a favor for this to have a private showing in the Planetarium. Rhys motioned for him to follow and get the best seat to see everything. Once they were settled he gave a nod towards the tech who controlled the show.

“I can’t bring you to the stars. But I figured this would be close enough for now and you might enjoy it a bit.”

Ⅰ. He couldn’t begin to understand Icarus’ longing to live among the stars however, he did relate to the intense yearning for something he can’t have. Heterochromatic optics danced across the other’s face, and how their eyes were glued to the somber sky. ❝ You never know what may happen, the future is never certain.
