Monty stared out at the war that was blossoming upon the horizon, brow knitted together, fist clenched. He was afraid. He didn’t like to get physical and he certainly didn’t like to KILL. A quick glance over at Murphy and Monty nodded his head, clutching the gun with such ferocity- such nervousness, that his knuckles had turned pale white.

"Seems like I’ve already lost. I’m afraid— so afraid.”

plain && simple, patience && gentleness were not murphy's strong suits whatsoever. it wasn't the fact he didn't CARE, he just showed it in a different way than most others. he didn't adhere to social norms well either but didn't feel he needed to. what did it matter in the end? sighing, he looked over at the guy with a roll of his eyes. why was he always stuck with THESE types.

"pull it together or you're going to die."

"just, loosen your grip. you're going to end up shooting yourself in the foot or me && then you really will die."
