SWEAT ROLLED down the side of his head as the sun blazed
down from the skies above and the unruly heat had begun to get
at him. They did say that training in harsh climate would strengthen
the will and decrease vulnerability and while he would not dare to
cease training for something as mere as the heat, breaks were never
a bade idea in the first place and they lessened the chances of him
fainting due to overheating -- And that wouldn’t have been a good
imagine in the first place.
The weather wasn’t the same in Regna Feroxi where the winters
often had him bundled in cloth but the more he trained while the
snow fell, the less and less the cold would stand in his way. And
that was exactly what was going to happen with the warmth of a
summer day. It would be nothing but a mere inconvenience to him
but certainly not a disadvantage. The thought sent a sudden burst
of motivation through him as killing edge was gripped in hand and
he made to stand up --
His training would have CONTINUED if not for the sudden grace
of another presence in his company. Beetle black eyes narrowed
in mild suspicion, gazing around the area with the grip tightening
into steel -- Until it fell on a curtain of light blonde hair and for a
moment he could have felt his heart beat rush with mild anxiety
which soon disappeared at the sight of the familiar face. A sigh
of relief, quiet and barely noticeable, left his lips, his gold on the
sword’s handle loosening ever so slightly but not enough to be
dropped -- Lon’Qu spared no moment longer than to look up and
send the other a harsh gaze.
❝ What business do you have here? Unless it were
to train, I suggest leaving would be the best option
for you to decide upon. ❞
