I have some loose leaf with ginger somewhere in this house (ie located in one of the two cupboards that are filled with teas) its funny i mainly drink coffee but have to have the right tea for the right occasion. I really should drink more tea
The only problem is it feels yo hot still to enjoy tea since i usually drink them hot
omg yeah i know that feel. I still suffer through it though, bc when I get my stomach cramp/pains, the heat helps relaxes the muscle/organ, and the ginger does its job. the lemon is mostly there for taste/triggering acidity, I think. xD But it helps so so much. If it’s too bitter to drink down bc you let it steep for too long (which I do bc I like to believe it increases the efficacy/amount of ginger i’m taking in), you can always add some honey, too!
or, you could make it iced.
I don’t drink tea nearly as often as my collection would lead you to believe. xD which is a shame.
Oh! Oolong tea is also good for digestion issues so it might be of some help, but bc it’s more earthy, kinda nutty, and a black tea (or so was the package I had), it might be too heavy on an upset stomach, whereas the Lemon Ginger from Stash is much, much, muchlight..
