October 1st had rolled around and with it had come the festive season. Tony couldn’t wait to see all of the ways that the town would celebrate. Halloween wasn’t his favorite holiday -- that special place was reserved for Christmas -- but it did signal the beginning of the most wonderful time of the year. Tony was especially excited because this would be his first year experiencing the holidays as an official Moorbrooke resident. “So,” he glanced over his shoulder at the person beside him, “any plans for the season? I’m thinking of getting dressed up and going trick or treating because you’re never too old for candy and costumes, you know?”

jian has seen a lot of stuff throughout his life, especially given his line of work. it stresses him out a lot more than he’d like to admit. in order to calm down and distress he often goes to the gym and works out or he hangs out a lot with his family. his family means everything to him and keeps him calm. he also loves to eat pizza when he’s stressed but that’s about it.

    andrew likes routines. they bring him comfort, help him unwind at the end of the day. so every night at the same time - 9:30pm - he makes himself a mug of camomile tea with lemon and honey. he drinks it slowly, waiting until is basically cold as he starts to get ready for bed. starting with his (new) skin care routine. he brushes his teeth once finished his tea. and once he’s done in the bathroom, he’ll take his mug to the kitchen where he immediately washes it and turns off any lights as he makes his way to the bedroom. he changes into a pair of flannel pants, his dirty clothes going into the hamper outside his closet. then, usually by 10pm, andrew sits up in bed, reading his book of the month for the next hour before he finally turns off the bedside lamp and closing his eyes.

“one day,” stefan says as he pretends to take a sip from the plastic tea cup ariel handed him as she glares at him from across the room, “we need to hang out without the kids. me, you, nick...we can find someone to watch them all and go out for drinks or something.” it’s been far too long since he wasn’t surrounded by children, and while stefan loves his job and his daughter, they can be exhausting sometimes.
