Haruhi kept glancing down at her wrist every few seconds. She knew it kept ticking down by one, and it wouldn't change that fast... But she had to keep checking. This was a huge moment, and she definitely didn't want to miss it. Fifteen more seconds... Just who could it be? Someone she already knew? Someone she wouldn't expect? What would they be like? So many questions, and literally... so little time. She looks down again. 00:00:09... It's almost there... So close, this was the big moment. She looks up, having stayed in the cafe for the day, like she normally would to study. She then looks down once more, and her heart skipped a beat. 00:00:02. She looks up once more, as the last two seconds ticked by, and she was met with a small blond boy, with a cheerful, bright smile, though he seemed a bit nervous about the whole thing. His soul mate mark had to have reached 00:00:00 too. She smiles back at him, her heart racing already. This was it. "Hello. I'm Haruhi... Haruhi Fujioka."
Amaya was practically bouncing in her seat in excitement. It was almost time, almost time!! This was so excited and amazing! She had been waiting for this moment for a long time now. She looks down at her wrist, smiling and moving a bit still. fifteen more seconds! Someone looked over at her and chuckled.
"About to meet your soul mate?" he guessed, the black and red haired girl nodded eagerly. He laughs a bit, as he gives a small nod. "Well, hope it all goes great for ya. It's a great moment."
"Thank you!" Amaya answers him with a giggle, before looking at her wrist again. Her heart skipped a beat. Two seconds left! She looks up, looking around closely. Who could it be.... Who could it be...? And finally, the last two seconds ticked by, and suddenly a red haired girl seemed to look at her wrist as well. When she looked up, their eyes met, and the "bad girl" felt her cheeks burn. She was the one. And then, the girl was walking over, by the looks of it, nervous and uncertain. Aamya smiled once more, hoping to soothe her, even a bit.
"Hey there, I'm Amaya. Amaya Suzuki."
