becoming  friendly  with  taylor  wasn’t  something  giovanni  expected  ,  but  he  wasn’t  mad  about  it  either  .  there  he  was ,  sitting  here  at  the  bar  with  the  guy  ,  sipping  on  a  bottle  of  some  fancy  artisan  beer  that  he  didn’t  even  know  the  name  of  .  he  paused  for  a  moment  ,  taking  a  long  drink  of  the  liquid  ,  before  setting  the  bottle  back  down  on  the  counter  .  “ ‘s  like  ...  weird  for  your  girl  to  tell  you  to  stop  talking  to  someone  ,  right  ? ”  he  figures  taylor  might  understand  ,  given  the  fact  that  he  was  supposedly  canoodling  with  the  very  girl  kylie  had  told  gio  to  quit  contact  with  .  “  i  feel  like  that’s  bad  ,  right  ?  does  not  agreeing  make  me  the  asshole  ? ”

sometimes ( most of the time, actually ) giovanni wishes he could just play hockey and have that be it. but his personal life was messy enough that it got his face plastered on tabloids 24/7. he’s become more ingrained into the media than he’d like to be. and it was the stupid paparazzi that had him ducking rather quickly into the first building he could find to try and get them off his back. he should’ve looked before stepping though, as his body almost immediately collided into someone else’s, the sour expression on his features only deepening as he realized who he’d stumbled upon. now, did he have a legitimate reason to dislike taylor ? not really. but giovanni never needed a reason to be ticked off--- it was his perpetual state of mind at this point. “watch where you’re fuckin’ goin’ next time, aye ?”
