How my campagin started: You and your friends have to fight a large infection that's slowly taking over people, mutating them into monstrous characteristics of that race and reducing them to only caricatures of their former selves.
How my dnd campagin is going:
Three Gods are trying to either help, harm, or annoy you. Pick your favorite in this middle act and be prepared for some fun stuff! Also beware of Chuck E Cheese! (Running gag of a birthday dungeon)
Blooming Couture
There are a lot of fables and old wise tails about Gauteng and its Jacarandas when they are in bloom, my favorite being that if a Jacaranda flower falls on your head, you will pass your next big exam! The fact remains however, when the Jacarandas are in bloom, you know it’s time to start revising. Boo!
But as our shirts would suggest, we didn’t think twice to take a sneaky break away from the books to show off our new, and I mean NEW, Mevrou & Co tees. These shirts were part of a promotional range, which means we are, as we like to put it, two of the first ‘Stoute Kabouters’ in Pretoria. Another great thing about the tees and the fact that they were promotional, is that they were purchased at a marked down price! For a student who has little money but still wants to be part of the cool kids by rocking a Mevrou & Co original this was the best deal I could ever ask for.

These tees were manufactured, printed and packaged just for us, how cool is that, so couture right?!
After our “quick” photo shoot we followed the brilliant words of Ms. Norbury from Mean Girls, “Why go home now, you’re already out?” So, we got ourselves a little treat that was equally sweet and sticky, but perfect for a hot summer day snack.
Soon after we had to face reality and head back to studying, we walked under a few more Jacaranda trees for some luck and went from Misbehaved Gnomes to Miserable Nymphs.
