I doubt many folks know who these two are but I adore them!
These two are from Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School (I highly recommend, esp for anyone who likes yokai) Fuji is a crossdressing "snow woman" (melts in heat, has ice powers) and Ogoso is a type of oni that can create illusions

(other little facts to get you to watch/read, SPOILERS, Ogoso is an idol who is shy and hides his identity at school but Fuji finds out and becomes a good friend, chap 99 is the best for these two, it's them finding a dorm together because Fuji's poor old roommate keeps getting in trouble with GFs because they think he is a girl and Ogoso's roommate keeps startling the strong Ogoso because he wants to see under his mask (newspaper guy) so he gets thrown into wall) Fuji is smart and has good grades, Ogoso only became an idol on accident while trying to get his older sis an autograph)
