it was so crazy playing ch11 and feeling like they might end the chapter at so many different moments just to give us a cliffhanger to keep us wanting more but they didnt and they really carried out the whole conflict until we reached a point of resolvement and i just have to say a huge thank you to pb for delivering today👏🏽

Open heart plot is basically mc playing subway surfers at this point trying to dodge multiple train(wrecks) coming their way.

Seriously, get them some therapy. Give that poor thing a goddamn break.

So what Chapter 14 of Open Heart just proved to me is that PB CAN give LIs equal screen time, they just CHOOSE not to🥴

y’all these two chapters of open heart.....

THIS is what choices books should be. this is what they can be. 

the constant frustration from players makes sense because this is what we want. not inconsequential books filled with trivialities like silly love triangles. 

we want intense, honest, raw moments like these. relationships that go beyond our love interests. bonds between characters, which include friendships, and romances. the pain, the intimacy, the vulnerability. 

they delivered these chapters.

I did far too many sketches yesterday for that chapter and I blame it entirely on high school musicals baseball scene (and also Bryce)
