Yes Yaddle is a female of the same race as yoda. Looks like yoda but with long hair. Plus we gave seen a 5 more in the old EU comics. Yaddle is really sad because in a only quasi-canon at the time story we learn that Yaddle was found to be the last egg on Yoda's home world. That because of the age difference between Yoda and Yaddle they would not be able to make babies. And to really twist the knife Yaddle was sterile. I know that she was a good influence on Anakin so Palps had her killed.
