Matresses get worn out after a few years, so maybe it’s getting old?
i guess that could be it.... though im not sure how to do it with a new one since i live in a student apartment that already had the bed in it and everything? i will see what i can do about that though, thanks for the tip!

Pain is a fuck, so sometimes when you have pain in one place (say, abdomen), you can get referred pain in other areas.
i guess the back pain would probably be the real pain then and the other places are referred pain, makes sense... :( i tried doing some exercises for back pain and it helped a bit so...
