ruby eyes give the other an owlish few blinks , too stunned to say anything back and maybe even slightly intoxicated to process how long it took him to take it in . so bold, kaveh thinks with an amused eyebrow raised. he can't help the way it tickles a laugh out of him. “ well , seeing how you managed to help me with this design , i'll give you that . ” he'd been stuck on this particular client for weeks, with them not budging on the plain jane practicality, and kaveh insisting on the aesthetics of it on top of it being practical. he hated how people were still stuck in their boxed way of thinking. even with the bit of wiggle room he'd managed to get in materials and the budget, he felt like he couldn't grasp a design in mind until now.
“ i hope they appreciate this draft and approve of it , finally , ” kaveh laments, taking another well earned swig of his wine. he grabs the half filled bottle and offers it to his new friend. “ it's so rare to find someone who appreciates artistic values and design as well ! i'm so glad we met . ” topping off his last cup of the night, he sits bask to bask in the well deserved break after all the headache. “ haitham is a jerk to not have us introduced sooner . i'll have to scold that junior of mine for his manners . ”
