At least till the part Claire says she 'wants her husband at home with her'?

Frank: I don’t understand why want to ??? (Claire interrupts him)
Claire: What I want is my husband at home with me
I honestly cant tell what Frank is saying when she interrupts him and I have no idea how to spell that Colonel’s name but this is what I heard
