Dias went to be sure there weren’t any stragglers as they evacuated the ward, by orders of the head of police. When he saw one had tripped he rushed over to help them up. “Hurry and catch up with the others.” He said, keeping his eyes up for any of those creatures that came from the water.

man i get to write about all these cool original characters today? nice! so i have a soft spot in my heart for nature-loving ocs, since my own oc is a spring deity oc, and sakyr is just so cool. goblins often aren’t given too much depth in canon fictional worlds.  it’s just a nice idea seeing someone write an otherwise under-appreciated race in fantasy, i really like reading your threads, as it’s really wonderful to watch such an interesting oc build and grow through the setting. he’s had to make his own way in the world and being in isola definitely can have a massive impact on an already lonely character. anyway enough rambling, i love this character so much!

Oh hey, it’s that Goblin again. He’s seen them before. He doesn’t remember how that went, but here they are again, In the festival, enjoying themselves. At least Romanus hoped. Try again? He’ll try again to interact and see if he’ll get something out of it. “Hey, wanna play some volleyball with me?” See if that helps. Except, when he looks up and sees the INTENSE game of volleyball, he chuckles and looks back at the Goblin. Maybe not the best idea, actually. He’s not sure how strong the Goblin is, but it may become a game of dodgeball instead, “never mind.” He says with another chuckle.

Vanille was trying to find a way out of this place. Of course she knew it was futile, but running was better than trying to stay put, right? Except in her running, she wasn’t watching where she was going. Especially when she was tripping over someone so small.

“Oh--” She held her hands over her face, before crouching down to the little goblin’s level. “Are you alright?” Trust Vanille to be so careless.

in what locals call the SAVIOR’S RESPITE, you’ve situated yourself in a small patch of grass. your motorbike lies beside you as you pick at the FEW PLANTS that are edible among the many FLOWERS that cover the ground. it’s truly a sight to behold. after your work is done, you think you’ll just sit here a while. admire the view. enjoy the feeling of NATURE in what was once a DESOLATE CITY.

you notice someone else, off on the other side of the field, and your interest is piqued. you don’t think you’ve ever seen him before! and it seems you’ve both got the same objective in mind: GATHERING PLANTS.

There wasn’t a whole lot of greenery in Isola - or at the very least, not this particular part of it. Hopefully there were areas with a bit more, but Cloud had yet to figure out where. In the meantime, however, he’d found something that was a little distracting.

More specifically, he’d found some white and yellow flowers, where were more than a little reminiscent of an old friend. They were sitting clumped together in a little group of planters, and though he was by no means an expert, they looked freshly planted.

Looking around for who might have placed them here, Cloud noticed a green-skinned... boy? He looked fairly young, but there was still some dirt left on his hands, and a small trowel in one hand.

“Are these, uh, yours? They’re rather pretty.”

It’s not easy being green-

Or whatever that saying was, Chibiusa could not remember for the life of her. Still, if there was one thing Papa taught her it was to never judge a book by it’s cover- no matter how obvious the cover might look. A part of the immature girl wanted to write off the stranger as dangerous or scary, but she knew she just couldn’t do that.

There was only one true way to judge a person.

“H-Hello? I’m sorry to bother you because you look real busy, but did’ya need some help or something? It’s gotta be tough being all alone...”
