Favourite character (in anything - book/tv/film etc) My ultimate favourite character....hmmm...that's really tough. Like honestly, I'm in so many fandoms it hurts. I'll give you my top 3 because that's how much I can narrow it down and it hurts. Faith Lehane from BtVS. She's....Eliza plays this damaged girl who has superpowers and is so screwed up but in the end fights for redemption and doesn't give up and she's just....UGH. So perfect. Brian Kinney from QAF (US). I can relate to him in so many ways and at the same time I hate him so much. Plus the fact that Gale Harold has a beautiful face doesn't help. Luna Lovegood from HP. She. Is. Flawless. I want her to exist irl so I can be besties with her. And possibly perv on her. 2. First gig? I don't really know what you mean by that. My first job was selling cupcakes at a charity sale. My first concert was an opera that I hated with passion. And yeah...s'all. 3. If you could say one thing to you a year in the past, what would it be? Put that razor away, scars & bleeding won't make you feel better and take up boxing. 4. If you could say one thing to you a year in the future, what would it be? JFC when the fuck do I get rich? 5. Favourite clothes shop/brand? ...my mum still buys my clothes. It's embarrassing. But probably GEORGE from Asda. Or Primark. I buy a lot of shit from Primark. And the Cancer Research charity shop. 6. What are you currently looking forward to? Reading fanfiction. 7. If you had to pick a last meal what meal would you choose and why? Polish young potatoes with scrambled eggs. It's my favourite easy to do meal. 8. Ideal date? Don't have one. 9. Biggest pet hate? Biting. I hate it when my rabbit, or my cat or a dog or a cow or a horse bites me. I HATE it. 10. You have three sentences to get something off your chest, go ahead. I want to get things done but everything takes a lot of effort which makes me want to cry. My friends love to embarrass me whenever I have a crush which I say I hate but is kind of sweet. Sometimes I feel inadequate when I hang out with my friends because they are all smart and going to uni and doing things with their lives and I'm just me. My questions: 1. Agreed to everything you just said! At the end of the day, it's a story and even though the fans do have a certain pull on what may or may not happen, people just need to enjoy it for what it is and not ruin it for others! Although, you are right, I think Hayley will get a lot more interesting because of her involvement with Katherine + she'll need a strong backstory if she's going to be a lead on the Originals!

Exactly. She’ll definitely need to have a lot more going for her if all of the people who are hating on her are going to watch the spinoff. I loved her from the start, but I’m hoping more people will come to love her soon!

Honestly at this stage Klayley hooking up doesn't make much sense to me, because Hayley did help unsire all his Hybrids, but that still doesn't justify all the hate the ship is getting.

I know it doesn’t make any sense, but maybe the writers will try to justify it in some way. Honestly, none of the new characters have had good plotlines (I mean I thought April would get interesting after she found out about the supernatural; now I think Hayley will get interesting because of both her involvement with Klaus and Katherine). But you’re right, just because it doesn’t make sense doesn’t justify the hate. I’m not saying you HAVE to like it, I’m just saying people should just keep their mouths shut and watch with an open mind. None of us can change what the writers have already devised.

All the Klayley / Phoebe Tonkin hate is really annoying me as well. I mean, I get it if people don't ship it, but it's just a little silly to go around raising hell just because.

i agree. i’ve been going through the tag for a few minutes now and it’s all the same crap. i do still ship klaroline myself, but i’m not blind. it would take a miracle and a half for caroline to reciprocate klaus’s feelings at this point, but i’m not saying it’ll never happen. (for now) he IS allowed to get involved with other people, even if it’s just temporarily. the people bashing klayley have no solid arguments and really need to take their hate somewhere else.
