I started cognitive behavioural therapy in June, and my therapist said in my last session (so, the 20th) my depression/anxiety had come down significantly and that I was doing remarkably... like honestly I never thought things would be better for me but now I'm able to do a bunch of things that I couldn't do (a relationship being one of them!).. recovery is a wonderful thing. In 2017 I'm looking forward to tackling those issues even further! (and the Green Day concert I'm going to) 😊
