Happy Birthday, yeah, yeah, woah. *singing Click Five's song*

Last Wednesday, someone very important to our city, our little Mayor, celebrated his 28th birthday.

As part of my local internship at City Information Office of San Pablo's City Hall, I was tasked to make a surprise AVP for the celebrator. This task includes conceptualizing, gathering information and pictures, from his toddler years up to present, interviewing his family members, teachers, co-workers, and people close to him, and the making of video presentation itself.

Doing an AVP for someone not close to you is not that easy, not to mention that his family members that I need to interview are political persons. His father is our City Mayor, his two uncles and one niece are City Councilors, and his siblings each have their own businesses/job. I started my task with a personal interview with the celebrator himself, I told him that it's my requirement for my subject 'Film' that's why I needed to record the interview. lol!

It took me two weeks to finish this work since I'm only available three days a week. And also, I'm still familiarizing myself to the program, Pinnacle Studio. Good thing I have knowledge in Movie Maker.

So last Wednesday, our office, together with Mayor himself and City Admin office, prepared a surprise celebration for this guy. All the offices in the City Hall gathered at this certain building to witness it. And when he came inside, he was so surprised.

And it's time for the 20+ mins. AVP to be shown. The celebrator was so surprised to see his former teachers in the video, he was even surprised when he saw his selfcam videos on the screen. He even said that he will file a case against our office because it's his personal videos - he's just joking of course! ^^

I'm also watching his reaction while the AVP is being played and one reaction caught my attention and it's when he began to cry. awww.

After the video, he gave thanks to all he wants to thanks to. And even while delivering his message, he's crying. really awww.

I feel very proud of what I've done because he cried, it means he appreciates it. I know that, that surprise gift is a success!

So to you, Mayor's son, our dear City Administrator, Boss Amben Amante, Happy Birthday! It's really an honor to have someone like you in our city.
