Thank you Ren dear! :) without the transition it sounds a lot more doable, but with that plus coaching it will be quite tough for me indeed. I'll have to discuss matters of the new hire with my Australian boss I think, not sure if she'd rather have me focus on coaching then actually getting the hang of the new system we'll be using.

Same. I try not to think too deep into these kinda things and make myself unhappy though (I used to think a lot about these kinda things when I was younger).

If there’s one thing I could control it’s how I treat others so yeah I’d personally stick to not being a jerk if I could and try to sprinkle a little bit of happy to others on my end. We have enough of the unhappy things anyways so I’d like to not add to that.

I have no idea Ren. I’m guessing there might be an ugly history behind the shooting, and that shooting was probably something along the lines of executing revenge over something. It’s scary to think how people could be driven to actually take someone’s life. But then again even the nicest people can kill when you put enough pressure on them.

I just hope there won’t be any other drive-by shooting, it’s weird but for some reason the bad things always bring about a trending effect. :[

As for cyber bullying, there’s a lot of speculations you can make for that.
