OH and i realised today i made myself a latte with homemade espresso, homemade soy milk and homemade vanilla sugar.... what a waste of my time adfjghaskdljfh JOKING IT’S wonderful to make your own stuff, this makes it sound way harder than it is. i just keep like... resorting to making my own because either you pay way too much money for something and it’s not worth it OR you’re like.... i could make this way better myself!?!?
#to get the GOOD soy milk that is 9g protein / only soy beans and water#you either gotta go to trader joes or buy it at like whole foods for nearly 5 fucking dollars a small tetrapak carton like are you fucking j#oking#5 lbs non gmo soy is 14 dollars#and you don't even have to soak the beans#the protein content only matters because sometimes you need the proteins for culinary purpose#i dont track macros#its just a good indicator of quality for soy milk
