Which chapter do we meet the Camelot ros?

​If you mean Arthur and Vivian, Arthur appears in the Camelot dream sequence at the start of Chapter 2 (you can choose to spend the entire dream with him there as well) + the Lucid Dreamer MC can interact with the current Modern Arthur at the end of the dream sequence, depending upon their actions.

Vivian, on the other hand, hasn't debuted yet in the game.

Over some of these assumptions. OKS Merlin is being purposefully vague about their origins. If you mean Merlin in actual Arthurian lore, it varies depending upon the version.

All the nonhumans in OKS are meant to feel truly inhuman, not just "human with fangs and weird dietary restrictions" or "human with long pointy ears". It'd be best to not assume that a nonhuman is experiencing anything remotely human.

Merlin and Arthur sit at center stage with Vivian's fountain burbling in the background. The rest of the stage remains empty save for a scattering of unoccupied seats and Percy's rocking horse with a bird feeder on its head.

Merlin: Tis very Camelot on the stage once more, and... oh, here comes Cassandra and Gwen.

Gwen: *raises an arm in triumph as she takes the chair next to Arthur* And Adrian's seat is once more mine! S-since he isn't here again at all.

Cassandra: Yes... *takes the seat next to Gwen and begins flipping through her notes* ...it appears he ran off with Broderick this month, since the latter didn't have any questions aimed at his socks.

Cassandra: *flips faster through her notes*

Cassandra: ...didn't have any questions regarding his socks that won the vote this time.

Arthur: *shifts slightly at the edge of his seat* I feel as if I ought to be in the backwings this time. There is naught but Lorelei and Percy there at the moment...

Percy: *off-stage* Uwu.

Lorelei: . . .

Cassandra: You mean because of that other question that won. Well, when the time comes, I can head back there as well...not as if I have any questions directed to me this time.

Gwen: A-and that's a very good reason for me to be on stage this time instead!

Vivian: When fate allows to be free, what fools these mortals be! Although this fabricated stage is, mayhap, the safest spot to slake one's thirst for what one ought to know not.

Merlin: Ah, you all worry too much, especially you, Arthur. Such shenanigans as this are indeed 'free'. Nothing here will 'stick', per se, no matter how something may or may not run amok.

Cassandra: Rather than us worrying too much, I'd say you worry too little, Merlin.

Despite not having any questions directed to them nor 'everyone', Merlin has once more claimed the central seat on stage with Broderick and Lorelei sitting to their direct right and Adrian, Gwen, and Cassandra sitting to their left.

Vivian's fountain burbles pleasantly in the background, while Percy's rocking horse gently rocks to and fro under the weight of several rather obese-looking squirrels.

Merlin: Those rodents indulged in too much ice cream during the game, did they? Yet I remain ever here to lend both an enlightening comment and my moral support. ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧
