Abel wasn't home, it didn't really matter how late it was. Ever since the anomaly regarding that goddamned house, he couldn't get a minute's worth of rest. There was a familiar low, grating voice that often laced his doubts and dreams... but here was the kicker. This time it had a... sort of corporeal form and seemed to have developed a foul goddamned mouth. His lips pursed as he pushed forcefully through the hallways of the prison. It seemed nearly like the building itself was howling it's pain as he snapped out of his reverie and the sound of cruel judgments to realize nearly every prisoner seemed upset. Agitated. It was as if walking into this building sank it's claws into his flesh for purchase and ripped every bare nerve he had to the surface.
He had to fucking get out of here.
"Naw- naw shut the fuck up." Abel snarled back at the wolf he was dragging by the scruff of his shirt fighting through the halls. The man had been shouting and struggling the whole way.. bits and pieces of intertwined pleading and threats to the officer as Abel seemed to finally hit his wits end as he made it to the boys cell. Flinging him so hard the other skidded and slammed into the other wall, Abel kicked the door closed. "You fuckin know better. Think you can show your ass just because you help me out from time to time? Well guess what. You're fuckin' cut. Get it? You don't work for me."
It was a cold dismissal. The wolf immediately regretting his actions and starting to call out but the man turned heel and made his way roughly toward the door before a familiar scent caught his attention. Pausing, his head turned. His jaw remained locked, eyes harder than usual, but his gaze softened somewhat.
"They move your cell, missy? Upgrade ya for good behavior?" He hadn't realized Ana had been there, able to watch him.
