It comes as no surprise to anyone that I love the old black and white ink style of early 2000’s GW. Here’s a little nurgle fan piece emulating that approach in all its grimdark glory!

Gorkamorka orks!!! Played this game when back in 1997 and is one of the big reasons why I got back into the hobby.
I like Killteam is adding bosses, reminds of.... Oh, must be nearly 15 years ago where white dwarf had a series of kill team like battle reports, one squad trying to take down some traitor guard and in the final climactic battle, the enemy wheels out a chimaera.... The kill team player panicked because he wasn't sure he had the fire power in his lightly armed squad to take down a troop transport.
And he was really afraid of what that front mounted heavy bolter could do to his guys.
Some works in progress off painting table. Aiming to yet at lest Brood force done before I jump in to 40k stuff. Did the Forge farthers based / high lights using air brush as a lil test for said 40k stuff and seems to have come ok and been nice palette cleanser.
