1926 New Yorker magazine illustration and advertisement for the silent horror film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, to be featured at the Fifth Avenue Playhouse on 66 Fifth Avenue in NYC. The illustration reads, "The very rotund and kindly-looking old gentleman can be seen at the Fifth Avenue Playhouse. He is about to waken his friend, who will stretch a bit and go out and commit a murder or two." ;D The advertisement reads, "The U.F.A.
