Hedy Lamarr in Ecstasy 1933

In 1933 at age 18 Hedy Lamarr starred in the highly controversial erotic drama picture “Ecstasy”. Hitler was one of the people who criticized the movie and Hedwig Kiesler (Lamarr) for her Jewish heritage. The movie was banned in several countries for its sexual nature including Hedy Lamarrs orgasm scene. Personally I really like the movie.

I took a photo of this Wolverhampton building about a month ago just as it had started to be demolished. It was originally built to be a cinema and in later years it served as various nightclubs.
