Estonia gets contacts hence there is no need for glasses anymore. He looks younger that way hence he grows a bit of stubble to make himself look his age. On the contrary Lithuania ends up needing glasses due to built up of strain in his eyes after doing too much paperwork in the past. He's always trying to keep up with the times, so he learns a lot of modern day slang and the 'in' things. It makes him strangely popular with the teenager countries funnily enough. His appearance didn't change much
and also Estonia could be same, more works as a programmer and not just a blogger who he used to be.
I can’t add more for Lithuania yet, maybe by time it will be more detailed about him.
