It's hard being a cool older sister when you're not actually cool

older sister - younger sister stereotypes are real because I feel bad when my grandma's gives me 20 bucks for fixing things around the house aka building a whole staircase and shoving my entire arm down the dishwasher drain to pull out food and my sister can happily accept 2000 bucks to buy a new car (her fourth in three years)

It feels so good to have a job :)

Well…not really a real-typa job, but it’s a job! I help my mom sell food and cook too and whatever we make on the week she gives me some money for helping >•< and even though $100 it’s not too much it was enough for me to buy my little 13 y/o sister a birthday gift!

I love her so much she’s like my baby.

She had been asking for those ballet-flats-look like converse shoes? The Mary Jane something-something and $49 it’s actually not that much! So I had some more left and bought her some beads so she could do some bracelets cuz I know she loves to do so : )

I always try to buy her stuffs for her birthdays, like last year I was in a environment summer program where you get paid to help around and made $1000 the whole summer; again it’s not much but it’s the best I can do for now (my parents don’t let me have a job ☹️).

So yeah!

I dunno I’m just happy I can give her little things that will make her joyful.

When I put my foot down to my rotten niece and nephew, they treat me like a demon.

Oh gee I wonder why *looks at their mother who refuses to properly and personally discipline them.*

She literally expects other adults even strangers to discipline them.

When a woman does that one top of hands off parenting ofc she gonna be called a bad mother.
