So imagine me, at work and have Annapantsu's cover of "Good Tonight" stuck in my head on repeat.

I think I answered this before but! Eclipse would view the vigilante as guilty. Not an outright rule breaker, but someone who witnessed harm upon a child. They wouldn't be fond of the vigilante but since they made their vow, they wouldn't kill them without just cause.
