Angelic Pretty - Velveteen Twirling Heart Skirt

Sadly there is a bit of damage on her where the velveteen has rubbed. I got this in an auction where I was fully prepared to bid this to hell and back (damage and all) but luckily it ended up going for a fraction of what I was willing to pay lol Its quite old for AP and is from 2002!
