This dress is an exclusive creation, developed after talking with my client to understand her preferences and get her approval on the sketch. It's fully lined, features a built-in petticoat, and the decorative details are detachable. I believe it took me about 40 hours of dedicated pattern drafting and sewing. The skirt, bodice and lining are made of cotton, while the sleeves and neck area decorations are made of chiffon. Unintentionally, I think the famous bridal dress worn by Lucy Westenra in Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) was in the back of my mind when I drafted this one! 🖤
