At this years UK knife show I picked up a sweet old jigged slip-joint in need of a little TLC .
The blade and inside the liners were a tad rusty so wire wool and wet & dry with wd40 to the rescue .A few of the pins needed carefully re peening , some old paint removed from the jigg’s and I reground the worn tip into a slight sheepsfoot.

I was surprised to find brass had been used to mend it but it adds a vintage look and really reminds me of a Dothraki Arakh sword from GOT .
The handle is quite narrow so will probably wrap it to pad it out a tad .
