Yes, it is! Though it’s only available to members. I send a link to everyone that has been accepted (Though it seems tumblr hasn’t been sending them ...), If you don’t get a link to the discord after you are accepted, you can message the blog asking for one! i couldn't see any mention in the rules or faq — are we only allowed single-muse blogs? or can we have a multimuse blog, under the assumption that any muse present on it must be affiliated to om-mfrp?

You can have a single muse blog or a multimuse blog, so long as the muses on the multimuse blog are ONLY affiliated with the group~ Hopefully that helps!

Both! Though Discord will only have text-based (As in, literally texting via phones!) roleplaying and anything that is lit-based would be on Tumblr! So the discord is not required at all but we are all in it so why not join ? <3
