"Via Negativa," means "the study of what not to do." The scent is reminiscent of burnt candle wax and evokes the act of reading. Base notes of Black Agar and Labdanum hint at dark excavated caverns; and top notes of C11 conjure up an inverted image, the exact opposite of darkness, like a negative.
