juniperblaze and olivemask - mom and dad

branch, dawn, petal, curl - three daughters and a son!

juniperblaze and olivemask are a power couple in maple colony. they're both constructors, and hold their influence close to their hearts. juniperblaze is currently stuck in the nursery with her four biological kits, her daughters branch, petal, and curl, and her son dawn. her and olivemask also adopted two rouge kits named honey and cloud, who are much younger than their four.

"their names are honey," juniperblaze points to the fluffy little ginger molly, who blinks slowly up at him, "and cloud." then, to the ball of white fur next to honey.

honey stands tall, chin up, and proudly says, "cloud is blind! i take care of him! thats what mama said to do!"

olivemask looks to his mate, who nods. "cricketnose confirmed it last night when they were brought in."

olivemask smiles down at honey the best he can manage. father to six, now, he thinks blearily. he's still not quite awake after dawn patrol. he never even thought he'd be able to find a mate, much less have kits, and here he is, adopting two orphan kittens alongside his own litter of four. honey beams at him, and he decides this is the perfect life for him.

he steps into the nest, curling around his mate and beginning to learn all about cloud and honey. he has two moons to make up for as a father.
