Right, so I think it's important for me to try to talk about Oliver, especially if people are making Fics about The Evil Merman AU as he's Giovanni's love interest.

This is Oliver! His epithet is Lightning and he's Percy's younger brother (19 y/o)

I'd say he's the opposite of Percy, she's calm and collected while he's nervous, anxious, and 5 seconds away from snapping. She's confident while Oli is ready to lay on the floor for a bit. Percy is optimistic while Oli is a realist. The two couldn't be any more different however they care about each other immensely. In terms of how they are relationship wise, think of Applejack and a much louder Fluttershy.

Oli also speaks with a slight stutter and is very self conscious of his scars, especially the one on his eye. He also owns a wheelchair, a cane, a prosthetic, and a pair of crutches for his amputated leg!

He's also autistic, he loves boats, sharks, building figures, vocaloid, and comic books! HE'S A BIG OL NERD AND WILL LOVE TO TALK ABOUT HIS SPECIAL INTERESTS! However he's always content in listening to what others have to say. He isn't very confident in himself but he appreciates it when people help him with that and bring him out of his shell!

He also has a pet chicken named Gertrude who he loves very much!

He's 19 years old so he's just been living in her apartment until he can go to college!
