project time!

okay so, at this point i feel comfortable announcing a project of mine.

as many of you may or may not know, i’ve been writing a superhero klance fic since august. and i’m still writing it! i’m hoping to have chapter 6 up by tomorrow ;w;

but there’s another fic i’ve been working on, but this one will be more detailed, researched, and may even contain some artwork!

the working title as of now is ‘Of Magic and Arrows’.

here’s a brief summary:

in the world of elderon, 5 kingdoms rule amongst the land. the kingdom of aecor, the kingdom of ardor, the kingdom of sylva, the kingdom of terris, and the kingdom of caelum. an evil necromancer by the name of zarkon attacked caelum 10 years ago, resulting in a war between ardor and aecor that severed their united treaty forever, permanently staining the world with innocent blood.

lance mcclain is a scoutmaster, one who collects mythical creatures and sends them to a sanctuary, safe from those who hunt them down. he’s a rogue, on the run from aecor, safely beneath sylva’s thick forests in the safety of his hidden hut below ground. 

his routine is changed forever when he accidentally shoots a mage clad in scarlet robes, rendering him unconscious. the mage’s partner, dragonfly, finds the two of them awhile later, and then arrests lance for attempted slaughter of a mythical. 

the duo keep lance close, as they don’t trust a word he says. it wasn’t until rumors of a dragon egg emerged, where something lance read initiated his response that he knew where a dragon egg was. of course, neither the mage nor the dragonfly believe him. dragons have been extinct for centuries.

however, lance manages to convince them to go search for it, and because of him, the world of elderon changes forever.
