Whenever I hear someone say "accept the body you were given" to trans people, I find it so damaging because this logic only seems to apply to physical gender. You can't tell someone missing arms that they should accept themselves and refuse prosthetics. You can't tell someone born blind to refuse any treatment to get sight just because they were born that way. It is just so insulting to be reminded people care more about genitals than about mental health.

You can continue the game fine and get a custom ending depending on your actions. Besides, the game is nice enough to give you a sort of skip upon future replays. You can't ruin Undertale. Also, Muffet is indeed a challenge, don't worry about not being able to beat her today.

It's risky but, I already heard of people gathering their Undertale game folders and zipping them away and re-installing the game. If you have a secondary machine, you could move the happy world there and check on them to make sure they survived the move to a new mechanical dimension.
